We spent our Easter weekend at a hotel in Lucknow and we had a good experience overall. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and they offered us a complimentary drink upon arrival. the location was convenient, right in the city center and close to many restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the city, it was a great place to relax and enjoy some drinks.
the room was a bit outdated and could use some renovation.

During my stay over the Christmas holiday, there were only two things I found to be decent at this hotel. The location was convenient and near some shopping areas, and the price was relatively affordable. On top of that, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, but even that couldn't make up for the numerous negatives.
The worst aspects of this hotel far outweigh any positives. The room was shabby and filthy, with a bathroom that was incredibly unpleasant to use.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. the location is convenient, with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. the room was clean and cozy, with comfortable bedding and a great view from the window. the bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. the staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious.
The Wi-Fi could have been stronger and more reliable.
